Aberdeen Steak House: Aberdeen Steak House - Picadilly "half fast" food

Restaurant Name: Aberdeen Steak House
Aberdeen Steak House is a chain of restaurants in London offering a very reliable quality. It's not haute couture as far as cuisine is concerned, but the portions are huge and the taste is very good! Not to mention the more then friendly waiters. It is considered to be a tourist trap, but I think it's OK for a fast lunch in the city if you don't want to spend a fortune...Prices are quite moderate considering we are talking about London...:) Interior: not really trendy, but just try to sit near the window and watch the crowd at Picadilly!
Favorite Dish: Last time I had a Salmon (see picture)...it was just great! A huge slice of this amazing fish...so simple, but quite good! :)

Prithi and Preem restaurants: Prithi - Bangladeshi food is good!

Restaurant Name: Prithi and Preem restaurants
Prithi and Preem ar actually 2 restaurants facing each other, with the same owner. Prithi is Bangladeshi, Preem is Balti. I have been to Prithi and had a very nice 4 course meal with my parents and a good friend from London. Food is good, prices are low (don't forget, we are in London! :) and the service is friendly. How could it not be? About 20 indian/bangladeshi restaurants are fighting for the customers in a 100 meter long part of the street! :)
Favorite Dish: I had a tandoori chicken, which was OK, but my Mom's Garlic Chicken was awsome! :) Their homepage has the menu of both restaurants, just try something that sounds good to you! :)

Restaurant Name: Beigel Bake on Brick Lane
Beigel Bake is supposed to be the oldest and best beigel shop in London and is for sure the most frequented one. It's bakery produces 7000 beigels a night! And it's open non stop, so you can drop in for a quick beigel any time! :)
Favorite Dish: Beigel with meat of course. You will get a beigel with a huge piece of meat, so be ready to open your mouth! And be careful with the mustard they offer...it's really hot!!!
