Ladies and Gentlemen,

It’s a pleasure for me to have you visiting my homepage.

The main idea of this page is that I want to share experiences from places where I have walk by. I also want to share views that I have seen and details that I have explored. Those are recorded in my memory. I would be glad if those memories could be useful for your next trip. If not, least you could have some joy by reading my writings. Well, this is the flowery part.

The bad news is that I am not a good writer (that explaining why I spent one and a half year to finish my mini thesis to get my bachelor degree). Other than meeting with other people, what I do everyday is only reading the same standard documents, licenses, agreements, paperwork, etc, etc. Basically they all just the same. Just a formal document. I guess that habit is reflected in my writing style. Boring, monotone and redundant. I wish I had a simplicity writing style like Ms. Lahiri or can be more honest like Mr. Palahniuk. Or perhaps as witty as Mr. Hornby.

I am also not a photographer or professional in graphic industry. If you find blurred pictures in my pages, do not blame the moderator of www.virtualtourist.com for not providing their users with high quality resolution picture facility. Just blame my poor skill in taking pictures. You also may find that my page is lack of creativity or ideas. But don’t worry. I try to steal ideas from one or two pages. Hopefully you will not find the original artist and consider me as the inventor of that idea.

Notwithstanding the above, dont worry. I will try to improve my writing and design skills. I also will update my page with experiences that I have regularly (if there’s no work deadline). Hopefully you can find pleasure in reading them.

I guess that would be all at this time. Once again, thank you for your visit and I hope you enjoy my page.

Dear all,

The book of 2004 was closed with a scary report as a result of the horrific Tsunami. This is indeed a tragic moment and a time we all reflect on the fragility of life.

Between the end of 2004 and the beginning of 2005, I’ve seen 2 totally different scenes. The 1st scene is a tragic scene, where Mother Nature showed its great power in Asia. The 2nd scene is a beautiful scene, where human help each other hand in hand, without seeing skin color, religion or difference.

I wonder, we, as a human, have to be reminded by the greater power beyond ourselves to live hand in hand and give more care to each other. Isn’t it beautiful if we could just help each other without be reminded by the Almighty? Probably this is what some people say, God works in mysterious way.

I hope in 2005 we will only see the 2nd scene as describe above.

Earthquake in Java is a tragic moment. Again, it reminds us on how weak we are before the Mother Nature.

Let’s just hope that the Almighty give us strength in this hard time. I’m sure He will deliver what is the best for each of us…
