This is not the typical picture you would expect as intro for Villa La Angostura, would you ?

On my recent trip to Argentina I wanted to visit Los Lagos region, and surfed through the web for ideas.
I knew I would NOT go to Bariloche - and suddenly I felt in love - and it's name was Villa La Angostura.

The town is so beautiful, so serene, so quiet, so friendly - and sometimes so rainy.
On the other hand - this makes Villa La Angostura, as it is green, green, green - and again green - you need so look for the houses to find them in the side streets :-)

On my last day here, I went to Bosque Los Arrayanes, planned to hike back - but as I forgot my raincoat (why ??), I deceided to take the boat back.
Which was good - as the weather rewarded me with what is for me typical patagonian weather:
rainy, rainy, rainy - and then somewhere the clouds break off - giving free the sight of blue sky - WHITE clouds and GREY clouds - depending where the sun sits.

It was Villa La Angostura's way to say goodbye, and come back soon :-)

(and I swear, I will !)
