Ingrid, your accommodations experience sounds like a real adventure that turned out well in the end! I'm sure it is one you will never forget! Sounds like some of the crazy things I did when hitch-hiking in Tanzania.

It is a great pleasure to read about your adventures! Just one joke for French speakers : in a country where silk worms are raised Qo'qon sounds like "cocon" which in French means "cocoon"!
