Info about me and our honeymoon trip in 2004 | Me arriving at the ceremony on my wedding day |
Hi everyone. I used this website while planning our honeymoon to London and Amsterdam. I am 34 (going on 35) and live in Burlington Township, New Jersey, USA (Exit 5 off the NJ Turnpike). I recently got married at the end of June and my husband and I chose London and Amsterdam for our honeymoon for several reasons - they are both places we will most likely never get to visit again, I didn't want a typical honeymoon spot (I hate typical/predictable stuff) and neither of us could stand to lie on a beach for 12 days in a row either - we've got our Jersey shore and that's fine with us for now. We had a blast in both cities and have wonderful memories, pictures, video and souveniers. This is the first trip of this kind I've ever taken - most have been just within the USA (I've been to Canada, but its attached and doesn't count in my opinion as going outside the country). We are still getting organized since we've been back in the U.S. and I'm working on getting the pictures up. Now we're back into house project mode and we're more focused on getting the house done rather than getting the pictures up, but I'll be adding to my travel pages bit by bit. |

| | Pets This is our pomeranian, Sunshine, aka Fluffy Puffins. My husband gave her that name because he hates Sunshine. I've had her since April 2000 and I met my husband in May 2001. She shares our house with his cat, Momi, and several African Cichlid fish.
My mother hand-fed her while we were away, so I got a spoiled brat when we came back and am still working on getting her to eat out of her dish again. |
| | Our cat, Momi This is our cat, Momi, who my husband had before I met him and I am highly allergic to, but deal with since I'm on allergy meds. She and I are now friends, though I limit the time I pet her and handle her so I don't totally suffer and bring on an asthma attack. She and my dog, however, tolerate each other. I find her laying like this a lot in the sunbeam and its so cute.
I was allergy-free while we were away and now that I'm back and she's back, the allergies are back...... |
