Arrival in Venice by Train

So I arrived in Venice at 0600 on a Thursday. First impression was "Beautiful". I think that the best way to see a new place is in the early morning right as the sun rises and nobody around to clutter the street. So as I looked around I was amazed but at the same time I was tired as I just got off of an 10 hour train ride. At first I had a hard time trying to figure out how to take the Vaporettos to the right stop.
Vaporetto- equivalent to city bus but is run on water. By far best way to see a glimpse of everything and cheapest way to travel. Well after a figuring out what vaporetto I needed and which "dock" I needed to be on and how to get a ticket I went on my first "floating bus ride" I took some of the best pictures that I have of the trip at that time due to the fact of the sun being in the right spot and nobody occluding my view. Once I was situated at my hotel I met up with a friend and proceeded to walk "everywhere" We were able to see St. Mark's square and the Accademia that day but we were more interested in walking around trying to and actually "see" Venice and not its tourist trap areas. So, after a couple of blisters and going through a many, many shops looking around it started to get a little crowded. So we headed to the Vaporetto No. 82 and took a tour of the Venice Islands. This simple bus showed up the complete area of Venice while we sat and took some pictures in about 1 1/2- 2hrs. We ended our first day in Venice with an 45Euro per person dinner. Which was ok but not really worth the price. I spent a totaly of 3 days in Venice and will add Pictures and 2 more chapters at a later date.

Pros:"Beautiful mornings with great sites"
Cons:"Too many tourists"
In A Nutshell:"Pricey and famous but very expensive."
