while compared with vienna, salzburg is a more friendly place, and more beautiful too. it's a very touristy town ( probably because of the sound of music ) there are a lot of interesting places in salzburg. although it's a very touristy town, it's not noisy at all, you could always enjoy the silence and the environment as you wish.

all the street signs are in this typeface, and it's pretty hard to read. but it somehow retains the smell of salzburg. it's so unique

saw this lady drawing on the floor when i was walking along Griesgasse. she's probably an artist, i don't know. i like her drawing, the chalks are in simple colours, but it created a very nice picture, and it also decorated the boring floor :)
