I have been to New York as a tourist with a group which i didnt like but i Had to abide cause it was a bizness trip.
I had the chance to wander in the streets of broadway for some hours before the bus leaves . I loved the different ethnic groups walking side by side under the very high buildings in the city.
Taking the ferry to the close by Island was a very nice experience. It gives you the advantage of seeing NY city from the water point of view and you go very close to the Statu of liberty.
