I did most of my underage drinking here since it was right across the border from where I grew up. This place is not for tourists. There isn't much to do but sit in the shade and drink some beer. Since its a border town you'll find clubs that cater to Americans but they are usually small and overcrowded. The most popular weekend activity is to get on your sandrail and head for the dunes...plenty around the city. (By the way I found the picture on the web)
