Independence Hall, Philadelphia PA
I currently live in the Old City section of Philadelphia.

Some places not to be missed in Philadelphia
City Bus rolling by on Chesnut Street
-Strolling around Rittenhouse Square either at Christmas or in the spring or summer.

-One night checking out the strange and hip nightlife to ber found on South Street.

-All there is to see and do around Independence Hall i.e. the New Constitution Center, the Liberty Bell, Betsy Ross house etc.

-Taking in a game at either the new home to the Phillies at Citizen's Bank Park or the Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field.

-The stately beauty of the Philadelphia Art Museum both inside and out.

-Have a dinner in one of Old City's many swank and numerous restaurants.

-The Philadelphia Zoo which is an outstanding summer activity or the Blue Cross River Ice Rink at Penn's Landing which is a great winter activity.

-Bike Ride, Jog or InLine skating on Kelly Drive near Bouthouse Row.

-The high end shopping on Chesnut Street.

-A tour of the recently refurbished City Hall.
LIberty One in Center City
Remember that Center City is what most people know as Philadelphia, it includes the usual suspects i.e. Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell etc. but Philadelphia also has several neighborhoods just outside the City with plenty to do as well.

Manayunk is a working class neighboorhood west of the City that has expirienced a true rebirth in the last 10 years. One Main Street Manayunk boasts great shopping as well as many high end restaurants and clubs that make a vist a must.

Chesnut Hill too has seen revitalization and with its quaint streets and quiet charm it too is becoming a destination for those who had normally had been accustomed to just visiting Center City on a trip to Philadelphia.
