Just got back so I thought I would post that taking the subway out to either Shea Stadium and the Mets or for the USTA Tennis Center and the U.S Open you could not find an easier way to go than from taking the 7 subway train from 42 street. In roughly 15 minutes we were pulling in right next to both venues out in Flushing, Queens. I cannot beleive I actually drove to my only Mets game from Philadelphia. Next time I will take the train into Penn Station and choose this way, very easy.
