  Two widely different countries where tipping of taxi drivers is highly unusual is China & New Zealand. Suggestion: Take note of local customs, and do not impose your own onto others.

  It has been a long time since being here-but last year go t to Cozumel. Weather usually great. My Utah/Arizona parks trip also had good weather.
