I visited Halifax on a dark, cold weekend in September for my cousin Craig's wedding. I think the weather added a lot of great atmosphere to the city! It would probably be a completely different experience if it were sunny.
It's almost impossible to take a bad photo in Halifax.
Gotta give these blokes some credit, standin' around on a cold day with the wind blowing up their kilts and everything! Must've been why they looked so serious. Just kiddin', they were actually friendly . Me, Keri, Jon, and Zoe had a blast touring the Citadel despite the cold morning. It's too bad we didn't have more time, I would've liked to explore it more.

We booked around as much as we could over the weekend, trying to see everything. It's impossible, but we did get in more than a lot. Checked out downtown, the waterfront, the Historic Properties, Pier 21, Alexander Keith's Brewery, and St Paul's Cemetery. My legs were definitely sore the Monday morning after we got back.

It sounds like you had quite a blast while in Halifax!! It is one of my favourite cities and maybe I'll see a bit more of it now that a daughter has moved there! I've always been a 'Moosehead' man but I'm going to have to check out Keith's brewery!
