The World is too Big to Stay Home We love to travel, but we don’t get to do it nearly enough!! While my wife and I “share” this page, I probably do all the content. We decided to put our dog up as our mascot, since he is cuter than both of us. Rather than make a long list of redundant tips on the same things posted by other travelers, I try to give a couple of quality tips and reviews on things that others may not. Enjoy!! |

Sweet Home Chicago! While we list Chicago as our hometown, we really live in the suburbs just a little west of the city. It is just easier when people ask you where you are from to say “Chicago” rather than explain that we really live in Westmont which is a small suburb outside of the city. While we love the city and live near one of the commuter train lines, we probably only got there once a month. Our little town has a few good restaurants and the downtown is growing up nicely in the few years we have lived here. |
