I have just returned from two weeks at the Apartamentos Toboso which is right beside the Balcon de Europa. But it is also close to a disco which, on Fridays and Saturday is open 'til 4 or 5 am. this might be fine in high season but we went out of season for the very purpose of avoiding the noisy atmosphere.
The small studios get no sun on the balcony until lunchtime and the restaurant doesn't open until March.
The levels of equipment were poor and we had to ask for a kettle and a toaster and wine glasses.
Getting to the place by car is virtually impossible and if, like us, you have big cases it was a real problem making our way to the place.
I would not go again
