The number of bars and nightclubs is really very high. I visited some of them and, in fact, I liked them all... the music and ambience.
Some of the nightclubs I've been:
Parliament, wich is the newest nightclub in town
Moskva
BonBon
Hollywood
Venus Club
Bonnie & Clyde
Dress Code: I always dressed casual, no trainers, and didn't have any problem
Entrance in clubs is around 150 EEK = 10€
