The runner's paradise

Pinhal da Paz

Last time I've been to Açores Islands and because it was too hot that summer I was searching for a place to do my runs in a better environment. In my search I found what could be called the paradise for any runner. Only 7 Km from Ponta Delgada there is a space with pinetrees and some exotic plants.

One day in Pinhal da Paz

Right at the entrance there is a parking lot and one already can imagine whats inside and through the 15 Km of trails. There's also equipment to spend a nice day in the woods preparing a barbecue or any other meal. Thinking of children there is also a small recreational park.
This space opens to public from 08:00 til 19:00 during weekdays and from 10:00 til 20:00 during the weekend
