The Beach

The mediterranean waters are much warmer when compared to the waters I'm used to: Atlantic. This beach with it's warm and calm waters is great for swimming.
Near the beach there are several restaurants permitting us to taste the delicious sicilian/italian food

This beautiful square breaths silence and quietness. The square is dominated by the imponent Cathedral and the history that lives in every building around it

Duomo Cathedral

Wonderful construction of the Normann's period, started in 1131.
It rises stately between two towers and from an atrium to three erect arcades. Under the atrium there is a glorified portal.
Very handsome the right side.
