The City of Light is almost always sinonimous of elegance, style and romance.
I've been in Paris in 1989 but for one day only ... so I only had time to see a few monuments. So much more I left to visit... plus, that time would be perfect: the celebrations of the 200 years of the Bastille and the 100 years of Eiffel Tower. Anyway the next day I went to Versailles and back to Rouen where I was staying.
