My 2nd trip in 2009 with my husband As they say, big things come in small packages and that wonderfully summarizes Singapore.
I spent a weekend in Singapore with my husband and VT members Victor and BK treated us to a scrumptious food at the Airport Hawker Center, truly authentic Singaporean culinary delight!!!
By the way, we were not drinking beer but the oh so sweet sugar cane juice. When I was little, I would incessantly ask my grandfather, with my two front teeth missing, to buy me a sugar cane from mid-morning hawkers who sold these canes from wooden carts. Ah, those were the days. |
