Hello i am a guy born in february 1975 of English mother and French father.

I myself was born in London and have lived inbetween Languedoc, France and England. I now live in Oslo, Norway and have done since Dec 02. It is a great place. It is a good base to travel around Scandinavia.

Norway has been good to me, its easy to meet people here, people are so friendly. I have not travelled as much as i would like though in Norway. You have to realise that Norway is a fin but long long country! I was however lucky to be able to travelt to the Northern city of Tromsų, which is known as the Paris of the north. While i would not go that far, i must admit it's a great city.

Apart from Mauritius, i have only been around Europe; Belgium,Holland,Andorra,Germany,Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria,Liechtenstein, Bulgaria, Turkey, Denmark, Sweden and obviously France, UK and Norway!

Last September, i set off alone on a trip to Bulgaria and Turkey, All i knew was i was flying into Sofia, i had no hotel booked, no plans, thats always the most exciting way for me anyway! I loved it in Istanbul, i took the overnight coach from Sofia, which was so cheap and not bad 12 hr trip. Arriving in Istanbul at around 6am with again no hotel!
