Simpang Kiri park connector

Greetings, I am relatively new to VT, will like to share my travel experience through my pictures. This picture was taken in Simpang Kiri, one of the park connectors in Yishun connecting it to Sembawang park. It is about 4km long pathway suitable for jogging and Roller blading. Might be able to catch people fishing at the Sembawang end.

Always like evening sky, always feel the peace it brings as dusk falls. I used to think that only sunset else where is nice and it is always difficult to find beautiful sky in Singapore. It is only recently, that I notice the setting sun from my window, can be equally attractive.

Sunrise, East Coast

Sunrise, East Coast, Singapore

Picture was taken few years ago when I was doing a round Singapore island canoe, with Outward Bound School, Singapore. It was a beautiful morning where we set off early after an over night camp-out at East Coast. We were heading back to Pulau Ubin, after a 3-day canoe trip. It was nice to see Singapore from the sea and notice how the coast line changes from swamp in Kranji, oil refinery in Southern Islands, Port in PSA, desserted islands, busy Sentosa, to busy airport where airplanes took off.
