| Razmatac & Bodx - just a small one this time |
A city but with a village feel - I Loved it ! Had the real pleasure of a 6 day trip to Munich recently accompanied by some fellow VT'ers. What a beautiful City and a fascinating insight into Bavarian life. The food, the beer, the people, the museums, art galleries, palaces etc. were a real treat. Was hit by the worst snow fall they had experienced in 50 years whilst we were there which didn't stop us exploring Munich itself, but unfortunately put a stop to our plans to take a train out to Schwangau. Next time maybe - and there will be a next time for sure. Lots of great beer was sampled - and found it to be very forgiving the next day. |
| The strip search after produced nothing.. phew! |
Shiny Things WARNING! : Don't take Rasmus to a place where there are lots of shiny things. I kept a close eye on him after hearing him say : " If it's shiny - grab it ! " during a walk around the extremely shiny Residence Museum. |
| Rasmus and Paul - 'nuff said ;o) |
Bazoombas !!! Yes the traditional costume is very beautiful and emphasises the female form perfectly. I asked the waitress if I could take a photo of her costume, but she knew what we were up to really... hehe. A few of the locals had a laugh at us capturing this moment too! |

It will always have a special place in my heart :) | Maurizioago Thu May 22, 2008 09:51 UTC Nice page. I'd like to visit Munich one day. See you! | slothtraveller Mon May 12, 2008 15:30 UTC Ha! At least you got to be the Glockenspiel properly even if you were slightly underwhelmed. When I was in Munich, half of it was covered up with blue tarpaulins for renovation work. Typical. :-P Nice page. |
