I visit Brussels as part of my job, and I have also visited as a tourist. It's an attractive, compact city, with friendly people, and great nightlife.
The bars and cafés are my favourite aspect of Brussels. It's going to take a long time to visit all of them, and to try every beer available.
It would be a great place to work, but less good to spend an extended holiday, as while there are many things to do during the day, these are not entirely to my taste.
