State of Monagas, Venezuela I have visited the state of Monagas 10 times since April 2000. We always visit during the months of February or March or April. This is the dry season and the weather is nice, but hot. We always stay in the homes of the Venezuelan people. This is the best way to experience the culture first hand. I have made a lot of Venezuelan friends and always enjoy visiting them each year. |
