We have stayed here on several occasions - on the way further south - or north; after arriving a day too soon for our holiday rental home in Nerja or just wanting to be looked after for one night after packing up and cleaning up a holiday rental before heading for home.
When staying in the area we often called in for a coffee or an evening meal. We stayed put there for a whole week just before my husband was to have knee surgery.
It is a typical 1970's hotel building but its main attraction is its location - on a cliff top overlooking Burriana beach and only a few minutes walk into the centre of the town.
The gardens, and the back-cloth views of the Sierra de Almijarra make this a very special place to relax in for a while and the restaurant serves very acceptable meals including local specialities.
