I'm a big fan of the mountains so the Taif page is mostly going to concentrate one trips around the city. mainly Wadi Mehrim, Wahba Crater and Bani Saad. I have a few more great spots I want to visit and will try to build this section up slowly. check out the travelogues to see pictures from the different trips

I heard this place ( taif ) to our friends same as you stated this is is amazing place to visit...will visit this soon.

Wow! I didn't know there were monkeys in SA! But, I don't think I would 'be lucky" to find one of those mountain snakes, thank you very much!!!

Seeing your photos on Taif evoked memories of many weekend days (Thu & Fri) there. I would drove oround desert, Al-Shifa mountain, & Al-Hada. Feeding those baboons was delight. Manytimes I ended up descending on zig-zag road all the way to Jeddah !

Brshomi fruit made my mouth watering :o). It is my dream to visit the nature wonder of Wahbah! Some people said it is naizek and some people result was a massive volcano explosion! Very impressive Turki! Majed
