Muscat is traditional, neat and tidy- Dubai is a metropolitan and something in the air sings to you to spend all your money.
Because i live in Muscat, I've been going to Dubai on average once a year for all my life- last trip September 2004 I spotted plenty of camels scattered in the roads painted by several artists with proceedings going to charity
