"Riding and Writing -- the perfect balance ..." Tusitala's Profile
Hello VT'ers
Ever noticed that if somebody does something for a living, they have little inclination to take care of that very thing in their own home? Like a professional lawn mower; last thing he wants to do at the weekend is mow his own lawn.
So as a full-time travel writer and author I'm scrambling to build my pages up here. Because I'd rather spend my time planning my next adventure or, better, still, hitting the road outta here on my latest toy, my BMW F650 GS.
I've got so much invaluable local info and tips from VT members (and enjoyed your generous hospitality) that I owe you the same in return. So, patienza amigos (or jai yen yen as they say in Thai), while I add my trips and tips from around 55 countries visited.
Follow my THAILAND blogs at www.thailandjingjing.blogspot.com and www.thailandfacesandplaces.blogspot.com for real insider knowledge on travelling in Thailand.
Great news I've just been appointed as a VT columnist on MOTORCYCLING ...
So lookout for this mad motorcyclist if you're anywhere in that region. And that's my first tip: always look BOTH WAYS even when crossing a one-way street in Asia.
Cheers, Stu.
