Novotel Coralia Phuket may not be the newest hotel but it is still one of the best I have ever stayed in. This may have something to do with the staff, who are absolutely great at what they do.
Our room was cleaned everyday and it was always spotless on our return from the pool or shops or wherever we had been.

The pools are amazing. There are 3 of them. The top pool is the deepest and good if you want to get away from the excited kids, the middle pool is closest to the rooms if you don't want to walk too far, and the bottom pool has the pool bar and a basketball hoop for many hours of drinking and fun.
We chose the bottom pool every time, even though there were always lots of people, like I said, it had the pool bar!!!!

The view from our room and everywhere else in the hotel was magnificent. There was even a view from the pool down onto the beach.

The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever sampled. There were lots of choices and everything was very fresh and yummy.
The only downside is that we ate at the Thai restaurant at the hotel one night and my partner was sick the next day from the prawns. But that could happen anywhere, even in Perth.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Unique Qualities: The pool was amazing and the alcoholic drinks at the pool bar were very cheap. Don't forget to go during Happy Hour!!

We arrived at the hotel at about 2pm and were promptly checked into our Pool Access Villa and our bags were there almost before we were. The room was cool and clean and there was a gorgeous arrangement of rose petals and two towels in the shape of swans on the huge bed.
The first thing we did was go out into the Busakorn Villa Pool. It was great having your own lounge chairs, and the pool was big enough for the amount of people using it....just us.
We also used the main Busakorn Pool as it has the swim up pool bar which was great.
The service at the hotel was fantastic, they all spoke great english, and the Tom Yum Soup was to die for.
The location was also great, easy access to heaps of shops and restaurants.
I would have no hesitation staying here again and recommending it to all my friends.

Unique Qualities: The swim up pool bar in the busakorn wing certainly got a work out from us!!
