I'm on no sleep!
That is how I felt most of the 2 years that I spent in Barna (nickname the locals use to call their hometown). For the first 2 months I could not remember the difference between Barca (as in FC Barcelona) and Barna (as in the city itself)! I lived and worked in this city, met friends, lost cell phones and altogether had a fantastic time.
The city is always full of life, never a dull moment. Nationalities cross and mix without much trouble, as long as they share a passion for the city and its glorious football club :)
It's like a taste of uncut London, less refined product, but stronger in its appeal and diversity. It's a city I would recommend everyone to visit, avoiding with care the whole summer (too hot and touristy) and the winter (too cold and not touristy enough :)
