Go as we did in the peak holiday season and they are busy, most people seem not to be able to swim well if at all yet they love the beach and wander up and down in hte shallows looking for starfish whch they take home to eat! YUK!!! |
|  | a clean city in china WE arrived flying from Shenyang to Yintao then a coach around 3 hours travelling time. the return however puts the enormity back into China, WE took a Ferry To Dalian 9hours followed by train to Benxi 6 hours.
intercitytrains dont stop at the smaller citys and dont have the smart comfortable trains yopu see in the travel programmes on CCTV9!
I digress! Weihai is an example to much iof china, the household rubbish is collected in bins not just thrown on the ground, it is really pleasant. there are a couple of good hotels and some reasonable beaches. fresh seafood ets |
