Yes, since you're a kid!

What keep us alive!

Candombe is unique to Uruguay, and most of us just love it and can't keep quiet when we hear those drums. I am not an expert at all. All I know is that this music came first from Africa, and our 4 percent of black people kept it alive, and then other musicians made variations of it. This, with the drums only, is the very esence of it. And it's quite different from what you will hear in Brazil.
More Candombe, of course

Pros:"Everything less what I mention below"
Cons:"There's a bit of this thing called "cumbia villera", which some people think it's music, but only because they missed school too much. And, there's always something that doesn't work in Uruguay."
In A Nutshell:"A delicious, safe nut!"
