Ciudad del Este
In 2008, I travelled across Paraguay, by bus, coming in from Argentina and exiting to Brazil. I stopped in the country's two main cites: Asunción and Ciudad del Este.

It's a very poor country and one that doesn't get many foreign visitors, and after visiting it I guess I can see why.
