I've stayed here on several occasions when going to sydney for concerts etc. The rooms are reasonably priced in comparison to others, and you get breakfast included. (although the breakfast isnt great). The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable.

Unique Qualities: Almost directly opposite Central Station, it is a bit of a hike to get anywhere you really need to be, such as shopping, entertainment etc.

For me its more a case of budget over location or location over budget. I choose the former, and you get what you pay for.
