Jong River
It is very difficult to get to Bonthe as it is on an island. The only way is by boat. So we "chartered" our own lorrie/speed boat and sailed down the river for 4 hours to Bonthe. The way back took 5 hours as it was up river. It is a gorgeous River!
Pros and Cons
- Pros:Beautiful Jungles & Swamps
- Cons:Too much sun!! You just fry instantly!
- In a nutshell:Water & Sun--Sierra Leone Fashion!!
