Hospital Refeeding Ward | Mothers & Babies in Africa |
The hospital is very important to the area. These are some mothers with their young children at the refeeding clinic, as they are all malnourished. The duration of treatment lasts for 2 months (costs 2 USD--which they can't always afford). Unfortunately, after a child "graduates" from the program, they go back to their village and there's no food to eat there so again becomes malnourished and ends up in Mattru. It's really sad... |
