Dress Code: Hmm.... No Sneakers is a good code to any of the clubs in Amsterdam (with this I mean of course the normal running shoes). But otherwise, haven't notice any special dress code in Panama

Directions: On the route of tram 10, close to Central Station. Bus 28s or 43. Or just walk from Central Station.

Nightlife Spot: Mazzo
Small and cousy club with different kind of music every night. You feel like you're dancing in your own living room. Dj's, even the more famous ones, are one with the group and it's easy to meet new people by the bar. Just be sure to check what they have in each night, as some nights are GREAT and some really suck. Check out Internet pages for known dj's. Saturday's "23 and rising" is always good!

Small and usually grouded live music bar. Guys, beer and rock 'n' roll ! Saturdays are usually the best.

Nightlife Spot: Kashmir Lounge
A fairly big and surprisingly crowded coffeeshop out in the Old West. Chilling with Indian decor and piles of big cushions scattered around to sit on. They also serve alcohol and on some evenings, have a dj. Open till 3am on the weekends!
