"Mosta" a Mosta Travel Page by Elly01

Mosta is a very nice place to visit especially during the feast of the village. Today Mosta has become really popular especially for younger people as the buidling construction has been extended over the areas around Mosta thus giving way for smaller areas around the place. However you have to be a local or know a local to get to know the names of these small areas. In the centre of the village we find the Mosta dome which is really huge. During the war this church was bombed and one can still see today a replica of the bomb (unless it is not th ebomb itself) but I am not sure :-)

Mosta is adjacent to Naxxar, Attard and in some sort of way with Rabat. The shopping area in Mosta is very popular and one can find some reaqlly good bargains here but you have to know about the places. Recently however I saw rise in prices ! Finding parking is a real hassle beware !
