This is Haz-Zabbar in the distance on quite a gloomy day however. This photo was taken coming from Zejtun just turning around the round about of Hompesch Gate.
Zabbar has something that fascinates me - don't know what it is maybe it is the Parish Church. |
|  | Hompesch Gate This is called 'Hompesch Gate' this is the entrance to Haz-Zabbar a very busy village in the South of Malta. However there are many other entrances to Zabbar but this one is the easiest if you are coming from the Centre of Malta. Just arrive to Marsa then Fgura where there are the cinemas and keep going upwards and you will find yourself in a long road filled with shops - there you will see Hompesch Gate which is also used as a roundabout too. |
