Winter is SERIOUSLY COLD...an exposed part of your body could get quickly damaged. You need warm hats, mitts, face mask, parka, snow pants, and boots. Wear your clothes in layers so that if you DO get too warm then you can easily take a layer off.
Summer...it's rare that you will wear shorts...think jeans and long sleeve shirt.
