This Rome B&B has two double bedrooms each with air conditioning and a private bathroom. One room has an ensuite bathroom and the other has the bathroom outside the room: both bathrooms have a stall shower. Breakfast at this guesthouse will be served in the living room. The flat is bright and quiet even though located in a busy area of Rome full of shops and restaurants.
Unique Qualities: This bed and breakfast is fairly secluded. Took us almost 1 hour to find the unit. But Mr Irnerio is nice, he waited for us for nearly 2 hours.
We chose the ensuite room. Room and bed are both big. Breakfast is served from 8.30am, with freshly brewed coffee and freshly poached eggs. Musli and juices are self-served. We only see the owner, Mr Irnerio on the day we checked in. The rest of our four days stay, we did not see him around. Breakfast are prepared by a lady who will come by at around 8am. Room was not tidied during our stay but we wont mind.
P.S. Free unsecured wireless connection from nearby shop is available.
Opposite the street has a chain-gelato shop which opens till midnight. Splendid variety and reasonably priced too! 2 Euro for 2 sccops.
A few trattorias are located along the main street which close at 8pm. Other than the McDonalds and the Gelato shop, pretty quiet in Cornelia.
