The majority of servers make more money under the current tipping system than they would as low-skilled salaried employees. Servers in good restaurants can pull down $150 in tips a day. That’s $40,000.a year. That’s ridiculous for that skill level. | aaron717 Fri Dec 1, 2006 02:26 UTC
