POPOVERS ON THE SQUARE: GREAT LITTLE BRUNCH SPOT

Hans and I ate here twice. We had lunch at POPOVERS ON THE SQUARE. We both had the roast beef sandwich which was absolutely divine. The large bun was stacked with roast beef and came with a side of au jus and a little bag of chips - all for $7.95.
We also went for the VT Sunday morning brunch. We all sat outside on the patio tables and enjoyed the afternoon sun.
It's a great little spot and seems very popular with the locals.

VT Dinner Meeting at THE ROSA RESTAURANT
To make things simpler, we chose from a pre-set menu. Hans had Canneloni with shrimp stuffing and I had grilled chicken breast.
We had our own area of the restaurant and it was quite cozy. The service was excellent and the food was great.

4:30- to 7:00 -- Drop-in Happy Hour
This was a great little place to have our VT Drop-in and it was so wonderful to see some old friends and meet many more new people.
I am not a beer drinker, but the ones who know, said the PORTSMOUTH BREWERY beer tasted great. Some even had "The Sampler Bar" which is a long narrow board featuring small glasses of all the beers the Brewery makes.
They also have a menu to choose from.
