    Getting TO/AROUND: We started our journey to Alicante from Torremolinos. We rented a Ford Focus, four-door diesel for three days. We began by taking the MA - 20 and then the A -7 the Autovia del Mediterraneo. Then it was onto A-45 Autovia De Malaga toward Cordoba/Granada/Seville. Then A-92 toward Granada. Then A92N toward Murcia. Then A-70 toward Alicante. Then N-332 to Alicante (norte),
    Total kms 1241 there and back to Torremolinos.
    We printed out a Mapquest for our trip and that sure was a big help to us.

     One of my VT friends lives in Alicante, and I'd love to visit him sometime. However, I just can't seem to find the time. Looks like a gorgeous area.
