A FAMILY ADVENTURE

In 1986, Hans and I, Nicole and Brian, went on a EUROPEAN ADVENTURE . We started out in Holland with our Ford Escort Diesel, loaded with four people, their belongings and camping gear including one small tent, sleeping bags, one small folding table, four folding stools, one camp stove, some pans for cooking and some dishes----all crambed into that little car. I still can't believe how we did that. On our journey we would visit Germany, Austria, Italy, Monte Carlo, France, Switzerland and Belgium.
This story is meant for nostalgic purposes only. So remember that prices quoted are in 1986 currency. I hope you enjoy our story as much as I had pleasure in writing it.

PARIS FRANCE

Eiffel Tower in Paris

Hans and I, Nicole and Brian, along with Hans' sister Nel, husband Jean, daughter Caroline and her friend Esther, spent a fantastic weekend in PARIS FRANCE. Among the many wonders we saw were the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Couer and Notre Dame. We all went on the Seine River Boat Trip, which was a lot of fun.

Hi Lori- I understand the nostalgia! I also miss having trips as a family since our two have 'grown up'!We still now & then have a trip with them, furtunately. Its not quite the same now.
