I love travelling and hope to travel the entire world before I leave...I have enjoyed Europe, Central America, Southeast Asia and North America. My dream trip is to East Africa! I would also like to travel to Russia, Turkey, and the Middle East. I do love where I live in beautiful British Columbia and enjoy sharing tips and advice about BC with travellers from around the world.

Maui

I have been to Maui three times and although it isn`t what it was in the past, it is still a nice place to go. My grandparents owned a condo their and went down every winter from Canada. Unfortunately they both passed away in the last few years so this recent trip meant a lot to me. I visited their old condo and strolled their beach.

Guatemala was my favourite Central American country, especially Antigua. This country is beautiful, the people are great, culture abounds, and there are lots of great activities to partake in.

Costa Rica

So I was supposed to live in Costa Rica indefinitely. After a couple of weeks I had had enough. It is beautiful but I was bored as we were in a tiny little village. It didn't help that we were broke, it was rainy season and we had no transportation. I tried to make the most of it though and I hold onto the memories like this beautiful sunset!

Oregon Coast, USA

I have driven the Oregon Coast at least 3 times and I love it every time. The scenery is great and the beaches are stunning. Plus who doesn't love a good road trip!

I love my hometown of Ladysmith. I moved away for a few years to explore and try living others places but I am so happy I came back as it is great. It is just the right size (approx. 7500 people) but cities are only 20 mins. away. The ocean and mountains are here. It is affordable and of course my family and friends are here.
