| Snowdrops at Welford Hall |
I have never seen so many snowdrops in one place as I saw in Welford. There must be many million there. It's not the sort of place you would normally go to, but around the middle of February, Welford Park opens its doors a few days a week and lets the public in to see what could well be the largest display of snowdrops anywhere in the world. |

olja1234 Sun Jun 25, 2006 10:38 UTC What a lovely page of Welford. T've never seen so many snowdrops in one place. Thanks for sharing. | deecat Sun Mar 26, 2006 23:42 UTC Unique and delightful. Some beautiful photographs, and your usual well written tips. | evaanna Thu May 26, 2005 21:18 UTC Never had a car in Britain so I don't think I'll ever go to see the snowdrops. We do have snowdrops in Poland but later and not whole fields of them. I once saw masses of bluebells near Coventry. Thanks for your photos. | Jenniflower Mon May 9, 2005 10:47 UTC Love your snow drop pics... I havent been here yet but will get there obe day... so many gorgeous places to visit in England :) Very interesting re the pet cemetary...
