Kiev. The political capital of Ukraine, the ancient Mother city of all Russia, and the spiritual capital of the Orthodox Christian world. I spent only 11 days in this great city, and will hopefully return. The people, the parks & churches, the food, the historic sites, the streets and architecture, the metro...all of these piqued my interest and made me feel welcome. |
