I have always been in the city, although I have lived outside Manhattan, in Long Island, since 2000. I am married, and have 4 children, ranging in age from 7 to 24.

I hope to visit Paris, Spain and Italy, to start. I am even interested in historical Mexico/Central America. I love walking or any other type of physical activity.

I have been teaching Conventional and Digital Photography in a NYC public high school for the past 18 1/2 years. However, I just love ALL areas of art and design.

I am getting my photography business in gear, and I hope to travel to expand my "photographic opportunities". Now's the time to put my life in fast forward!!!!! Also, yoga has helped me to lose 25 pounds in 3 months, and it is a path I choose to also expand upon.

On the 7th floor, there is this great view of the Empire State Building. The sun was setting this day, and the colors were amazing!! It looks like a painting.

I was on assignment for the (then) Board of Education to photograph in and around NYC Public Schools.

When we were in Queens, my assigned "escort" and I came across this beautiful mural of many famous jazz legends.

What you see here is a detail of this mural as a young man coming from the store passed by.

I love all things beautiful in this life.

It is why I, deep in my soul, wish to travel.

Sometimes, what others call "ugly" is truly most beautiful.

Alas, ignorance is also a part of life.

Perhaps, ignorance, too, is beautiful in its opportunity to not be itself.
